A. We're an Australian service provider that has been in business for 13 years since 2012.

Q. Have you bought any businesses?

A. Yes, in 2017, we purchased the customer base of MyFibre, Rivertel and Locall Australis.

Q. When I configure my router to connect to the NBN, what do I need to do?

A. The configuration depends on the type of NBN service you have. They are as follows:

  • - NFAS: Fibre to the Premisis - PPPoE over Ethernet to the UNI-D port of the NBN NTD box.
  • - NWAS: Fixed Wireless - PPPoE over Ethernet to the UNI-D port of the NBN NTD box.
  • - NCAS: Fibre to the Node - PPPoE over Ethernet with 802.1q VLAN 100 over VDSL to the telephone socket.
  • - NHAS: HFC cable - PPPoE over Ethernet with 802.1q VLAN 100 to the UNI-D port of the NBN NTD box.

Q. What is the outbound email server?
